      Easy paycheck but no career

      Pros

      The work itself is simple and since it is open 24/7 you can customize your hours to fit a preexisting schedule. Good for students or people seeking a second job Early promotions are easily achieved and vacant positions are usually filled internally. The employees are really friendly and the culture is very uplifting.

      Cons

      Required to work most holidays and at least Saturday or Sunday every week. The company is expanding but the management has not adapted from their small business mentality There is little chance at turning the job into a career.

      Great Full Time Career

      Pros

      Always changing, never boring. Great place to build character and skills. Growing constantly to be bigger and better.

      Cons

      24/7 call center environment so weekends, nights, holidays a must. If you don't like talking on the phone it is not for you.
