At the beginning of 2024, HR rolled out management / leadership training across the organization. Training will be ongoing. Also at the beginning of 2024, we implemented a compensation / market analysis project for all positions. This will also be ongoing as we strive to be a market leader. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with onboarding. As an employed-owned company, everyone's feedback is crucial. We've brought on a new VP of HR and will be continuously working towards improving. In fact, we are in the process of rolling out new company trainings. Regarding benefits, we are working with a new broker and have just revamped our benefits. We also have a new Total Rewards Project Manager who is a Subject Matter Expert.
