      Pros

      The best thing about working at Caltrol was most of the people. There was a lot of backstabbers.

      Cons

      Bad management and horrible supervisors. The unit I was in was stupidity run by an idiot.

      Caltrol is a good company with great opportunities, you need to be diligent in your work and will surely get rewarded, it is a small - mid size company that has great clients and is one of the top Emerson Impact Partner Company
