Went from a great mom and pop company that was once the industry leader to seriously behind the times

Pros

Health benefits, low risk of being laid off. Pretty good work life balance (depending on the position).

Cons

I came to the site hoping to see some good reviews as evidence the company has changed. Sadly, the reviews still echo my experiences. They are not forward thinking and lack execution. A common sentiment when I was there is they have "analysis paralysis". They have poor planning and not enough resources allocated to important projects. They like to hire people who don't really know what they are doing and train as they go, then expect them to be "superstars" for low pay (far lower than average for a Silicon Valley software company).

Good business, knowledgeable staff, great product and trusted by customers and suppliers alike with a strong retention rate. Very tight team.

Cons

Not taken on many new products, still selling older versions of Great Plains which aren't necessary compatible with Windows as a Microsoft Product
