Pros
1. Convenient work hours. 2. Fully Paid Health Insurance. 3. Generally nice co-workers to work with. 4. CEO is a sweetheart.
Cons
1. All Senior Directors have never worked in any other company. 2. Most Managers have no experience managing people, and some have no experience in what they're managing in. 3. Little room for growth. 4. Most managers will never even say "Thank you." 5. No 401k matching, Life Insurance, Flex Benefits. 6. No raises when moving positions. For the most part, you can't get promoted.
