While I was employed here these are the things that happened: A fight broke out on the floor: No one was fired (it's happened before prior to my employment, told to me by management) You pay out of pocket expenses to travel and were not told until arrived at the hotel. Managing Director cursed out another Director in front of others Managing Director inappropriately talked about women while on travel and on the phone with clients Most managers yell at employees in front of others and create an atmosphere of resentment. There are many tasteless people and highschool like gossip at this company Keep your personal feelings to yourself and get the experience and get out. Unless you can work remotely long term, it's not worth it.

They need to do something about the way they run this company and each department. Just look at the accounting... I have never seen a whole department leave within a year and half. Now, there is only new people there.
