A good company that needs a proper HR department immediately

Good people, good atmosphere, highly encouraging coworkers, and the work is challenging yet doable.

Cons

No proper HR department. This leads to upper management having to make decisions that they're neither qualified to handle nor neutral enough to handle. In so doing, their rash HR decisions can lead to good employees being fired for the sake of image rather than any practical reason.

Benefits and you don’t really get fired

Cons

They need to do something about the way they run this company and each department. Just look at the accounting... I have never seen a whole department leave within a year and half. Now, there is only new people there.
