Pros

Good work life balance. There will be some long days but that goes for any job.

Cons

In my opinion new management wasn’t good and I lacked support from them. I felt as if they just didn’t know how to approach me about any problems they might’ve had but instead gave me the silent treatment and presented the feeling that they didn’t like me or didn’t want me there. It made it very awkward and all interactions felt fake. When I was first hired, I felt the compensation was fair. The company offers yearly raises, but during my 2+ years there, I did not receive any raises or bonuses, which I was told was due to budget constraints. After leaving, I noticed the same position was listed with my former salary as the minimum, with the maximum listed up to $30k higher. Seeing this was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the lack of raises during my time there.

Pros

great coworkers in local dc

Cons

check out the turnover rate for all positions. the company went through massive downsizing earlier this year. people who were close to retirement were let go. in human resources, one person was let go and three left on their own this summer. lots of fraternizing in greenville sales dept.
