Devolved into "Industrial Chain Restaurant" type feel.
Pros
Consistent 40+ hour work week. Paid Holidays (after probationary period) Vacation and Sick leave (after probationary period)
Cons
Paid Bi-Weekly. Horribly underpaid for the area, unless you are a Salesperson. Pitiful raises unless connected to Sales/Regional Management. ZERO upward mobility unless associated with the Sales/Regional Management. HR is based in NJ, and only listens to the Branch Manager. Branch Manager is focused more on appearances than fixing issues. Old-head Sales members forces rest of the branch to compensate for customer and/or their own mistakes. Customer Service department provides inadequate training for new staff if they are male. Branch is run in a similar vein as a chain restaurant: Sales are the ineffective managers, CS are the overworked wait staff, and the warehouse personnel are the overly micromanaged and criticized kitchen staff.
