Very high-end HVAC products. Decent benefits, the Detroit market has a lot of opportunities.

Cons

In the Detroit market, nearly no automobile expense for an outside account manager. Ridiculous high prices on products. Can't always sell on features and benefits, not when there's five different competitors who will undercut you on price.
