Pros

I have been working at Cannon for 15+ years, and there has been a lot of advancements in the telecommunications industry. One thing I have found is that Cannon is very flexible. They do a lot of different types of work. (Aerial, Underground, Power, Water, Sewer, Fiber Optics & Copper, Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc) They have always had work. They embrace new technology and industries and go after opportunities.

Cons

Growing pains. Over the last few years, Cannon has seen an exponential amount of growth. This can be seen as a pro or con. Things move and change fast around here.

Cannon is a very leadership driven community. Everyone has a foreman mentality and gets the job done while making a personal connection with customers.

Cons

Departments are separated in a way where team building isnt as available outside the department vs. inside.
