Pros

Company has great culture. Very welcoming and productive work culture. Competitive pay. Good benefits. Great opportunities to learn. A lot of very talented people here within the firm to learn from.

Cons

Not uncommon to have long weeks requiring a lot of OT. Although there is a path to move up within the firm it often feels a bit arbitrary and could use more internal promotion.

FKP Leadership sold employees out by joining Cannon

Bigger company, more projects which made you feel a bit more safe than the horrible way that FKP leadership ran the company. When other leaders were still there it was much better. They cut their entire C suite team and that began the demise of the firm. Diane and Holly are horrible leaders. At least Diane has a heart although she was a horrible leader as she was all about Diane. Holly on the other hand is all about Holly and nothing about anyone else.

Cons

Having to work with Holly was pretty much what sealed my decision to leave the firm. She is NOT even an Architect. She positions herself with clients so that they don't realize that. She is way over her head and it is apparent to everyone.
