      *Great time off( holidays and two paid annual shutdowns). This works well for parents who have children in school. *Nice semi-annual picnics and Christmas parties. *Excellent working conditions *Education assistance

      Little opportunity for growth, top heavy, low salary, businesses are poorly operated, processes are outdated and inefficient, benifits are not as great as they say, poor communication from VP to management
