      There's a few great things, such as pro,shutdowns, insurance although alittle expensive, good location, etc.

      Cons

      To much management, don't listen to employees input, wasteful, trying to do tooling that they strength prepared for, toolmakers have good knowledge of tooling but managers/directors don't but won't listen to the pea-ons for input there's more but it's all management related just way too much wasted money in un needed employees
