Thank you for your feedback. While we’re unsure which internal procedures are being referenced, transparency and open communication are paramount to our Canvas culture. We have a dedicated team of operations specialists who are always looking for ways to improve how we serve our members. One of the most important data points are those who serve on the front-lines. We are also very proud of how our leaders partner with their staff to uncover any inefficiencies. Recognizing that we always have room to get better, in 2019, we formed two employee-run groups aimed at improving process and collaboration. Our Simple and Synergy Squads have been chipping away at various challenges and will continue to do so pending the results of our upcoming surveys.
