      For me, there were none except a few colleagues (who also left when I did) and I temain friends with them to this day.

      Business development is sloppy

      CapTech's business development pipeline lacks robustness and strategic direction. The company appears to be losing sight of its vision for future growth. Moreover, consultants are being tasked with learning a technology when it's in demand, only to switch to another shortly afterward. This approach seems to lack coherence and foresight, potentially hindering the company's long-term success.
