Pros

CapTech has great philosophies about building a great corporate culture. The corporate training programs are great. The Onboarding process is streamlined.

Cons

Leaders are young and growing into their roles. Philosophies about culture are not proven and don't consider everyone. After hours commitment to internal development of the company is excessive.

Internal contributions for our consultants are intended to provide the opportunity for those out in the field to be able to impact the future of CapTech. While client delivery comes first, we value being able to provide our consultants with the opportunities to become involved in internal capacities to leverage all of their skills and impact change. We’re saddened to hear that you felt that this became excessive as it’s an elective contribution. As we grow as a company, our philosophies are also growing, and we do our best to make sure that they accommodate all of our employees and help to make CapTech an enjoyable place to build a career. - Suzie Turner, Principal

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to partner with our clients to meet their business objectives. Sometimes, this means working directly with a client to help fill an immediate need. Our willingness to do so provides great support to our clients and illustrates our Core Values of being Trusted Advisors and embodying Servant Leadership. As a current employee, please be sure to reach out to your Coach, the Staffing Team or your office Lead with any individual staffing concerns you have. - Joanna Bergeron, Chief Talent Officer
