Pros

- Smaller feel than "Big 4", get noticed and known by leadership with more interesting work - Easy to get involved in just about anything you want to do outside daily client work (events, marketing, recruiting, new technology, fantasy football :)) - Top brand name clients in Atlanta and 8-10 cities in US - Learn from leading technology experts in cloud, data, back-end, front-end, mobile, and agile - Atlanta office space is new and a fun place to work in Midtown - Active with Georgia Tech and local non-profits - Clients are local - limited travel

Cons

- company has had a lot of growth over last 2 years so newer offices are experiencing some growing pains with processes

Pros

Committed to growing employees - CapTech knows it's most valuable resource is it's consultants and they are taking big strides to help them succeed. However, they put the onus on you to drive your career and provide several resources to help you get there. In my opinion this is how career development works best. The employees are fantastic - CapTech is very much set apart from other companies because of the quality of employees. Kindness and competence are top traits in everyone I meet. If you speak up your voice will be heard - of course there will always be people who are put on tough projects or in the wrong role due to one reason or another. That's just the consulting world. But if you raise your concerns and have a clear focus on what you want to pursue the management will try their best to get you there. They have an amazing employee retention rate and are good at building bonds within the company.

Cons

Promotion process is a bit nebulous - it's often difficult to determine what factors or contributions will create an opportunity to get promoted.

Pros

People at CapTech really do care. Anyone is willing to help you with anything which I love about the people here. The company is growing a good bit so lots of new faces around but everyone seems to be fun loving hard workers. I never mind putting in longer hours because I care about the work I’m doing and who I’m doing it for.

Cons

The vacation system needs to be reworked. Introverts will have a tougher time here. Knowing people opens opportunities
