A great opportunity to learn, exposure to various fields, Thom Campbell one of the best bosses.

Cons

Wrong people going in management roles who are just going to harm the hardworking slot. The owners should not trust few set of people. Spanish community is large and they favor each other regardless being unfair. The owners require to hire multicultural people.

The managers are great man who will always try to lead you to do better, they will drive you to success. Good chances for promotions and they recognized your hard work.

Cons

So many hours worked specially during the pick season, very stressful job and you really need to learn how to balance it with your life, which is almost impossible.
