Fast Paced. Brilliant People. Lots of moving parts.

Cons

None - Capacity is a place to grow, learn and lead. If you are closed minded, and want a normal 9-5 then this is not the place. Everyone is family, and you are treated as such.

None. Unless you are desperately looking for a job and need something to hold you over in the meantime.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. Unorganized and constant lack of communication. Not a company to grow with and should not be looked as one. Customer service is horrible. No one stays long and several positions have a rotating door. Don't do it to yourself!!!
