Pros

A good starting job into breaking into an IT career. As with any Service Desk job, can often be stressful with unreasonable demands, but excellent to get get your foot in the door.

Cons

Workplace culture is toxic, hectic work on a typical day, not having good managers. Your efforts are un-noticed or ignored. Mangament doesn't care about your career, everybody is busy on their survival.
