the staff if great and kind, they car about the your confort.

Cons

No bonus, no salary raising untill 18 month, and that is questionable, your hardwork is no recognized at all

Hit or miss within individual groups within the company whether things are peachy or kind of rough, where I am there is a solid knowledge base and people are trusted to do good work

Cons

Capgemini runs like a large company, with much of the slowness and frustration with individual growth that can come with that
