Vacation time; Annual bonus program but higher level execs can receive a much greater percentage of their salary.

Cons

High health insurance rates, favoritism, lack of transparency. Very high losses in gross operating income under Gary St. Hilaire tenure. Lack of concern for health and safety of onsite workers during Pandemic. Minimal salary increases. Much $$$ wasted on Senior Team's pet sponsorships.
