Pros
Master Retirement Plan, nice office, some nice associates
Cons
Since the new and "improved" processes have been in place, everyone I know dreads coming to work. Morale is the worst I've ever seen at any job. People with more than 20 years of experience were layed off and replaced with any old contractor off the street. Associates spend their days training new contractors. Management is clueless to what is happening and keeps saying that things are working. There is a double standard about work hours and work ethic. Some people do tons of overtime and are stressed out constantly, while others barely understand their job functions and are rarely at their desks, yet are promoted. HR provides no help in finding quality contractors; they just want you to pick anyone. It used to take a long time to get hired here. Not anymore. It's almost impossible to advance, and now management will just tell you you're doing a different role even if it's not what you were hired to do. I'm surprised there haven't been lawsuits since they are involved in illegal hiring practices since the recent layoffs.
