Pros
The Capital Group offers good compensation and benefits, but it's not worth the pound of flesh they exact from your life and sanity.
Cons
It's all about what you might have done wrong in the perception of some unknown critic. Newer employees are under a microscope, and are considered defective until proven perfect. I have known over a dozen people who have worked there who corroborate my experience, so I know it's not a case of my judgement being clouded. I also know of some who thrive there, so if you like to swim with piranhas, this may be your cup of tea.
