The competitive market pressures force Capital to evolve, and changes are happening too rapidly and management flounders with the execution. Credibility, especially with new managers who don't have strong operational knowledge, is suffering. Hence, they have a hard time inspiring and leading contributing to high turnover rate in departments that used to pride itself in low turnover.

No company is perfect. At times, decision-making can seem slow, particularly for newer associates. The aura of politeness can also get in the way of frank debate and discussion. Overall, though, recent years have seen significant change for the better with regard to both.
