Sr. Mgrs and Directors, at least in IT, don't know what's going on above them, therefore, have their hands tied as far as leading and directing the teams they manage.

While I worked their I could not think of any cons for this company. It is just that good. This company was probably the best company I have EVER worked for. If I every moved back or found another office in my current area I would leave my current employed today. One thing I must say is that the interview process is tough and I see why they have the best management I have every had the pleasure to work with. This is not really a con since I believe this process weeds out potential employees and managers that can be toxic to its culture and you will appreciate that they make sure who they hire is someone who shares the companies vision.
