      Pros

      Capital group offers pretty good benefits, many associates are friendly, and the office environment is comfortable. Perks include casual Fridays, assistance with education expenses, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Capital has a very strict and rigid work environment that can be very stressful. There is no variety in the work and HR misleads new hires by promising a career path and opportunity to earn decent money with overtime and bonuses but the reality is much different.

      Great place for training, got progressively worse every minute, hour, day, week, month, year in the actual role.

      Pros

      The training was good, my job a good position out of college for a financial institution.

      Cons

      Low pay, promotions were based on brown nosing, and not merit. Feedback was really random, team managers would keep a running diary of every questionable thing, and then bring it up 3 months later. If you ever go on FMLA, they will try to root you out of the company.

      Pros

      The money and the benefits are outstanding, but who knows if they'll survive the current turmoil? The offices are generally well-designed and the firm has a way of having you believe you're working with the elites.

      Cons

      They hire the best and the brightest, lure them with great compensation and benefits, promise them a rewarding work environment, and then systematically undermine and kneecap people in order to impose a culture of obedience.
