      Unprofessional at RMC!

      Pros

      If you've only had retail pharmacy background, hospital pharmacy is a great learning experience as far as a wide range of drugs you'll learn for disease and treatments never seen in a retail pharmacy simply because it is out of the retail pharmacy scope.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Poorly managed. Terrible working environment due to staff that have worked there for over a decade and they could never do any wrong.

      Pros

      I loved walking the halls of the hospital and seeing the same familiar faces each day. There's a very familial feeling with all the different doctors and offices housed in the building.

      Cons

      Senior management can do no wrong and the HR processes to resolve an issue are archaic. If you have an issue with your boss, chances are you'll be the one paying for it. They'll never see so much as a slap on the wrist.

      1.Favoritism 2.Management is blind 3.Everyone pushes work off on to someone else 4. Food is horrible and over priced 5. Administration lying to employees 6. Horrible raises if you get one
