      Its Been Good

      Pros

      Great people to work with, there is variety in work, able to set own schedule. Incentive compensation is there for all adjusters and is defined and clear.

      Cons

      None really to speak of. They clearly tell you what is expected of you to succeed and then they will hold you accountable to do your job.

      Pros

      You are able to work independently and have a flexible schedule. Working remote is sometimes challenging, but the managers are always available and responsive. Unfortunately, I had to relocate and therefor had to leave Capstone.

      Cons

      With the position being remote the hands-on training was only 1-2 weeks. Thankfully I was an experienced adjuster at the time and didn't need much additional training. They do indeed review all reports and have very high standards, but if you do the report correctly then normally they aren't kicked back all too often.

      Pros

      This company give you great bonus opportunities. You have to work hard to receive them, but it is doable. They also do not micromanage

      Cons

      Company is not corporate but I would have enjoyed more training materials with "their way of doing" to keep as a resource
