      CEO should have worker bees confidentially review managers

      Pros

      Great respect for the owner. The company adjusters are top notch and work well as a team, often long hours and weekends.

      Cons

      No real vacation time,work when off. Management "boys club" mentality. Sadly, observed management cursing & belittling employees. No promotion opportunities. No raises.
