      Pros

      Work 8 or 15 hours if you want. PTO paid training

      Cons

      Pay plan decreases inventory shortages lots of driving misleading. Low pay for expected duties and amount of time put in.this is a sales position even though they advertise field technician. Support is horrible they don’t care no 2 hands talk production is way off balance management tries to make people excited about getting a decrease in pay.

      - If you can find a group, you're good. - 8:30-5:00

      Cons

      - Worst PTO & Holiday policy I've ever encountered - No recognition, be prepared to work your but off and then have the glory given to someone else - They promise a quarterly bonus, but you never get it because management spends $$$ on pointless initiatives. - Be prepared to be pigeon hold

      Best Company I’ve ever worked for.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. No weekends 9/5 (unless you want to) Very strong support system to get you the tools you need fast. Very competitive pay and insurance.

      Cons

      Not many. The one thing with this job is to be patient! It takes a good while for you to establish a route. Just stick with it and it will come.
