Pros

Everything supplied at beginning of job

Cons

Was sold on possibility of great income, but due to 2 pay cuts in the 18 months working here, and lack of inventory. I could not keep customers happy and make good money. Once you land a customer your lack of inventory loses them. Then you are forced to travel great distances to find more customers to disappoint. The only ppl that enjoy this job are at corporate office. These ppl get to cut your pay constantly, play games all day, and dressup during holidays. All the time you are hitting the streets to make enough money to pay their salary. The boots on the ground are not as important as the hipsters in the office. Unless you are willing to work twice as hard every year to make the same amount of money as when you started I would not work here. I personally am leaving.

Pros

- Great team - Approachable leadership - Positive contributors are generally rewarded for their efforts - Culture improved tremendously while I worked there - 8:30-5 (pro and con; no flexible work schedule but no after hours work commitment) - Nulu location is ideal and office environment is "hip"

Cons

- PTO should be more competitive to attract and retain - Growing pains associated with a company that went through rapid expansion. However, it is this same start up feel that is also exciting and empowering under certain circumstances. - Not enough opportunity for face to face interaction with the field employees.

Pros

Work life balance is there Monday-Friday 8-5 If you like working by yourself nobody over your shoulder all day then you’ll like that. Team mates I work with are really good people.

Cons

Do you live in a smaller town? If the answer is yes then you will struggle hard for a year or 2 if you decide it’s not worth it anymore to average $11-14 hour. Micromanage from home office like no other, I feel like I work for the company in the movie office space. Car keys express LOVES to change the pay plan right at the end of the year right before the holidays. Do you have a family? If you do count on not being able to treat them for the holidays. They like to use words like “control of your pay” means they pay you less and control your pay. They also like to use words like “Top paid in the industry” what they mean by that is you make too much money so we’re gonna design a new pay plan to prevent you from making what you need. They also like to cut your inventory as well to starve you out on the second week of the pay period. Very quick to pass blame off on someone else, nothing is ever anyone’s fault in this company, it’s always the other guy or guy below them. Communication with management at the home office is a joke, they don’t answer phones emails, especially close to 3:30 PM east coast time. You better hope something that is essential to your job doesn’t break or stops working because it will take upper management months to get it to you. I do currently work here l, not for much longer. The bad out weighs the good sorry for the tough truth
