      A Great Place to Level Up Your Career

      Pros

      Fun company culture, great pay, and numerous salary growth and advancement opportunities. There's never a boring day at the company and we're always working on something new. The team's a blast and full of some really great folks. It still has that startup feel, and there's a real motivation to move forward and try out new things. Regular company communication, newsletters, and lunch get-togethers keep the employees up-to-date with the company's plans.

      Cons

      Morale among a few of the employees is low, and they complain frequently. But these employees are really the outlier, the team as a whole is positive, energizing, and motivated.

      5+ Years - Not Going Anywhere

      Pros

      - The people. There are a lot of great, hardworking people here. - The location. I love working downtown! - The collaboration. I get to work with several different departments every day. It's nice to be involved in so many aspects of the company. - The learning experience. We are a very DIY company, we do everything in-house. I get to work on a lot of projects that require a lot of research and I've been able to greatly expand my knowledge base. I love pushing myself to learn things that might be a little out of my comfort zone. - Office dogs. I love that I can bring my dog to work! Having a pet by your side can do wonders on stressful days. - The benefits. The company matched 401k is nice and the insurance is great! I've been with the company for 5+ years and have no plans of leaving.

      Cons

      - Parking. You have to get here early to get a decent spot. - The location. (Yes I know I listed this as a pro too) I love working downtown but the office is in NULU, so the places to eat around here are a little pricey. - So many projects. We're growing fast and we all have our plates full. When I have so much going on it's hard to feel accomplished sometimes.

      OK place to work

      - Work Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5. - Relaxed environment. - Fun co-workers. - Can bring your dog to work. - Job is easy to learn. - Parking available (when you arrive early).

      Cons

      Cons are in line with most production jobs. - Little vacation time. - Pay is pretty low.
