Too many to list. This place is one of the most dysfunctional, unorganized, and mismanaged companies I've every had the displeasure of working for. There's a complete and total lack of communication between and even inside departments. Decisions are regularly made and unmade and remade with no regard for who they affect. Your online presence will be scoured by the owner as he's terrified of competitors constructing the corporate structure (or lack thereof). You'll find him leaving replies to the negative reviews as he's a complete narcissist completely consumed with his image.
Turnover is through the roof, it's something of a minor miracle if someone is hired and doesn't quit within a few weeks. The owner has a long, sordid history of treating his subordinates with disdain, paranoia, and contempt. The culture is as toxic as it comes. Upper management is an invitation only boy's club who can do as they please with no repercussions.
The company has a plethora of ridiculous policies, such as preventing employees from using PTO around holidays and the aforementioned ban on posting your job title online. Vacation doesn't start until a year after the hire date.
I could go on but I've got better things to do, I really hope this makes its way to the owner and he changes his ways.
