      Great Pay, Great Hours, Great Job!!!

      Pros

      The best reason to work here is simple. I can make as much money as I want. I also get great support out of the corporate office. Everything from training to having people to call if I do run into an issue. They make sure I have plenty of inventory and all the tools I need to do my job and keep our customers happy.

      Cons

      There really isn’t much to complain about. I feel like my voice is heard and everyone is willing to help and make sure I succeed.

      Great Opportunity with incredible work/life balance

      Pros

      I've had 3 sales positions in the last 15 years and never expected to ever find a company where you could be successful AND still have a great work/life balance - Car Keys Express is the real deal. I never imagined I would work at a company that forced you to leave the office at 5pm and then didn't send emails to you after hours and on the weekends demanding you to do work related things on your own time - it's amazing. If you come in and do the actual work, you will be heavily rewarded both monetarily and with praise from the Executive Leadership Team. The job isn't terribly difficult as long as you work hard, learn the processes and rely on the other departments to help out - its a good team environment. I like to travel so I don't mind the 1-2x per month trips to visit customers. The daily and weekly activity expectations are completely in-line with the overall expectations, which is very different than my previous employer. Overall, great people and great place to work. When I leave at night or I'm having a simple conversation about my pipeline or a big win, the VP of Sales always says "Thanks" to me - very much appreciated but totally unexpected compared to my last employer.

      “Account manager”, glorified title. Really you’re an automobile locksmith.

      Pros

      Independence/ corporate support/ schedule flexibility/ no commission cap/ decent benefits/ company vehicle

      Cons

      A lot of markets in the USA are being over run with independent companies under cutting Cke’s price points. Base Pay at that point does not offer a suitable living wage. Constant change in operations management has daily SOPS leaving employees confused as to what is needed to achieve a high rate of success. The job is awesome but imho this should be converted into a franchise.
