Cons

I experienced and witnessed, sexism and racism from management. Too many horror stories. If you are a white male and a yes man you will go far in this company

I thought this company was really promising when I first started, but the more time that went on the more dysfunctional it became and the more the lack of communication became a serious issue. They play favorites and promote the people who they like over people who are qualified for the job. Senior management is the worst I have ever experienced.

People you work with are typically nice, and the office culture is fun

Cons

Difficult to progress internally. They’ll often find an outside hire for any open roles. Very high turnover rate.
