-No innovation - the company continues to simply rebrand the same services while charging 10x with hopes of generating 'growth' -Pay is well below market rate & I don't think anyone in the department can explain our compensation plan - always a mystery to find out how much you'll actually make -High turnover/Revolving door of management - I've had 7 different managers in my two years here & most of the employees I started with are no longer here

- every 3 months I’ve cream - decent base pay

Cons

- politics in engineering - people treats you bad if you are not white - very bad technology - I feel I have had 10 steps backwards joining this company - very bad stock, just because management does not have vision
