Pros

2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid sick days, and 1 personal day.

Cons

Due to economy theyre short staffed and underpaid. No room for advancement unless you want to relocate.

Pros

The great relationships that you form with the associates. Good reason to go to work everyday. They have some great training programs and if your on the track to move up in the company than you get some great opportunities. They buy the store lunches for meeting sales goals.

Cons

Managerial cowardice. Managers are to afraid to confront anyone regarding any situation themselves so they will have the senior managers confront them on an issue they know nothing about. Alot of the job functions are way to tedious. Not a great amount of pay for the amount of work that you have to do.
