Pros

They continue to work on covering for staffing problems. The nursing management will cover for overnights when there are not enough nursing staff on duty. They were flexible with hours.

Cons

They need to work on communication between staff. The work environment could be improved.

Pros

Not really any to share

Cons

They will throw their employees, especially nurses, under the bus every chance they get when it comes to state issues that may arise, when it has nothing to do with the employee, it’s clearly a management issue. The administrator is stuck up and will freeze you out if you make her mad, much like a middle school mean girl. Also, the pay sucks.
