This company, more specifically the location I worked at, has received many awards for their amazing care towards the residents.

Cons

There is a great amount of favoritism that is shown amongst the employees, making tasks spread unfairly to all employees.

Pay was ok and that was the only positive thing.

Cons

Poor staffing and Administrator and Nursing management were terrible. Totally clueless about how to run a facility. Heard they all got fired recently which was much needed.
