Pros

Amazing residents and families. Long term staff are hard working, dedicated, motivated and genuine. Beautiful and well taken care of building.

Cons

Lack of staff, lack of support from management team / regional team / corporate team. Lack of care and respect for long term employees. There is a HUGE lack in advocacy for nursing staff. All other departments are not held accountable except for the nursing staff (that includes the department heads). Current management team is degrading, belittling, and down right disgusting. Very hard work and complete lack of support from others.
