      Unfortunately, I have no pro's to share.

      After reading the positive reviews posted here, I remembered how upper management told us about Glassdoor when CareATC first got involved with them. They asked us all to go on the website and tell people how wonderful CareATC was. Funny part is, they sat there and watched to make sure we did it! It's pretty bad when your company has to TELL employees to "pump up" their image. Hmm. I wonder if any of the recent positive's were reviews that they were TOLD to give. Just a thought.

      Great business and money making idea around how healthcare should be

      Cons

      Too much favoritism and as a result mostly upper management are all friends most of the people that work for the company are family friends they put people in positions based off of relationships everybody else is just Tagalongs

      Great work environment, Management flexible and responsive to ideas. Great concept, this is truly the way primary care should be, they encourage preventive care and give the physicians time with patients to actual practice preventive care

      Compared to all my previous employment. Absolutely No Cons.
