Get to see a doctor for free, if they ever have openings.

Cons

They do mass layoffs every 3 months or so. They will make you learn/take on new responsibilities from staff that quit or got laid off. Then will your new skill set, they have you train a new lower paid employee and once they are trained, they let you go.. All just before your 401k is fully vested. Also with the 401k, they say they will match it, then they say they will not be matching it, so it's a guess. For a 'Healthcare' company, the benefits are not great! When they lay you off, you do not get paid out for your vacation time.

Pros

Interesting, provider-centric business model, solid employees, decent pay, casual dress, important mission, nice facility, recent influx of investment dollars. The company has shown steady growth and acceptance in the marketplace.

Cons

Depressing, toxic culture: nepotism (an employee shouldn’t report to his mother, right?), unrealistic expectations, high stress. Employees are rarely, if ever, recognized for their contribution. Instead, they are required to do more with less while the blame piles higher and higher. Leadership is sorely lacking and you can see the panic on everyone’s faces.

Working for this company has been one of the best professional experiences I have had in my career. CareATC values their employees more than any other organization I have worked for, and fully support growth and empowerment of their team. I have built solid relationships with members in every department, and will truly miss working for this organization, which I feel, genuinely cares.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. CareATC is experiencing solid growth, and offers daily challenges of building a better product. If you are looking for a job that does not allow you to strengthen your skill-set, and develop professionally, you will not enjoy working here.
