      The pay was the only thing descent

      So much gossip and the supervisor and director had favorites. Training was horrible!! A lot of bullying and inappropriate language being said

      Pros

      Very fine people work hard at the lowest end of things - the "face" of Care ATC, the front desk, right to some of the clinical managers who do what they can to support their staffs.

      Cons

      With the change of a client rep to run the clinics, it's been a disaster. They will give the clients anything they want, the clinical people be damned - "you can be replaced" came out of their mouths when we protested. Now, cronies of the director are in place, no one trusts them as they are devoted to their own careers and a facade of "caring". It just makes this job a piecework job, where you have to smile and not be genuine.

      Pros

      Love the patients. Provider is okay. The NP is great.

      Cons

      Management sucks and the supervisor is horrible. Two faced does not describe her. You can have a job today and be gone tomorrow.
