      Work life balance is improving thanks to operations and automation, helpful direct reports, meaningful work

      Cons

      Work life balance still has a way to go for most tech employees, climbing ladder could be difficult but have been told this is being addressed

      Pros

      Leadership definitely tries to listen and hear the employees' needs, and always makes themselves available to the team. Corporate culture has been a huge priority over the last few years and it definitely shows. The Company genuinely cares about its employees.

      Cons

      There is probably always some room for technological improvements but overall no major "cons".

      CEO is phenomenal- he truly lives our values.

      Cons

      Senior leaders do not always embody the culture or values of the company. Very little promotional or lateral opportunities- they are already predestined when posted.
