CareCentrix is a fast growing company committed to helping people heal faster and providing a cost saving to health plans especially with the rapidly increasing medical costs. It requires workers to be dedicated and believe in the values of the company striving to live the values everyday. Passionate, engaged and extremely competent senior leadership. Always looking for ways to increase staff engagement. Trying hard to accommodate the needs of all staff, in particular rolling out work from home programs. High growth market with the drive for continued growth. Excellent benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401k match, HSA contributions, generous PTO. Work-life balance along with opportunities to work from home depending on the work area and the position. Many opportunities to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

Every company has cons but it is all in what you are looking for, how you handle situations. If you are open and honest many of the cons can be worked through.

Cons

You have to be willing to work hard, but if you find a role you enjoy, it's rewarding.
