      Pros

      CareCentrix has done a great job in the past few years really focusing on employee satisfaction. They have events all the time, give points where you can "buy" products or gift cards, a women's network, and much more. No company is perfect but I can definitely say they care about employees.

      Cons

      Communication to lower level associates doesn't always happen (every company has this problem).

      Pros

      Carecentrix is a great company not only to its members but to its employees as well. They are always going the extra mile to show you they care with special lunches, swag, and recognition. Being in healthcare comes with a huge responsibility that you never get to close or be off the clock... someone always needs you! Carecentrix tries to balance that for the employees while still providing service to the members who need us.

      Cons

      Healthcare=long hours and people in need. It wears on you emotionally sometimes.
