Pros

Pay was slightly BELOW market average.

Cons

Management is terrible and disorganized. You are pressured on a #'s based system to pump work out. Very immature enviorment. 80% of the workforce is black/latino while 92% of management is white. Strict smoke breaks. ZERO room for growth within.

Very unorganized, lack of communication, and employees that voice their opinion on situations will get fired.

Pros

4 weeks PTO each year and it's all available Jan 1 each year. If you volunteer to work through lunch they will always buy lunch.

Cons

You start out with one job but then make you learn every other department within the company but no additional pay . No opportunity for career growth, none. Huge turnover. Huge turnover even of the supervisors. Extremely high volume call center. Don't you dare put your phone on aux or they are running over to get you back on the phone. Not allowed to go to the bathroom unless it's a designated break time. No kidding.
