      Management lies. Management doesn't have a clue. Management tells you that people are important. They lie.

      No training, unfair policies, terrible management

      Pros

      Pay was good. Work from home policy was OK.

      Cons

      Management was out for only their own interests. Not nearly enough training to do your job properly. Company is inefficient, a nightmare. Constantly screwing healthcare providers over, then you have to try to rectify it for them.

      Pros

      Diverse opportunities in multiple states with excellent work from home positions. Salary, time off, and benefits are good. If you work hourly, there is a lot of OT. Lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      Departmental management is cliquish. If you are not part of the clique growth potential is non-existent-this coming from someone who has moved up the ladder. Again, a lot of nepotism exists.
